Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Gym Rats: Idle Tycoon mobile game (“the app”, “we”, “us”) collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. The app is an offline idle business-simulation game that is free to play and supported by advertising and optional in-app purchases.

The app itself does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or address to play. However, the app and our third-party partners (advertising and purchase providers) may collect the following categories of data:

Your game progress is stored on your device. We do not collect your precise (GPS) location, contacts, photos, or health data.
The app shows advertising provided by Google AdMob. To show more relevant ads and measure their performance, our advertising partner may use your device’s advertising identifier and related data to track you across other apps and websites owned by other companies.
On Apple devices, the app will ask for your permission before tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, the advertising identifier is not used to track you and you will receive non-personalized ads instead. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
We rely on the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the data described above with the advertising and purchase partners listed in section 5 so they can provide their services. Because we allow personalized advertising, some privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) may treat the use of your advertising identifier for cross-context behavioral advertising as a “sale” or “share.” You can opt out of this by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt or by adjusting the choices in section 9.
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Game progress is kept on your device until you delete the app. Data held by our third-party partners is retained according to their own policies and for as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Our partners may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, these transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses.
We and our partners use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, so please review it periodically.
